A cancer region evaluation apparatus according to the present disclosure may be provided. The cancer region evaluation apparatus may comprise: a diagnosis region detection unit comprising a diagnosis region detection model which uses, as an input, at least one parametric magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) configured on the basis of different parameters and uses, as an output, a parametric MRI of a diagnosis region which is configured by extracting a diagnosis region from the at least one parametric MRI； a cancer region detection unit comprising a cancer region detection model which uses, as an input, the parametric MRI of the diagnosis region and uses, as an output, cancer region information； a cancer feature vector extraction unit for extracting a cancer feature vector using, as an input, the cancer region information and the parametric MRI of the diagnosis region corresponding to a cancer region； and a cancer region evaluation unit which is based on artificial neural network learning and generates evaluation information classifying the state of the cancer region using the cancer feature vector as an input .본 개시에 따른 암 영역 평가장치가 제공될 수 있다. 상기 암 영역 평가장치는 서로 다른 파라미터에 기초하여 구성된 적어도 하나의 파라메트릭 MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging)를 입력으로 하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 파라메트릭 MRI로부터 진단 영역을 추출하여 구성한 진단 영역의 파라메트릭 MRI를 출력으로 하는 진단 영역 검출모델을 포함하는 진단 영역 검출부와, 상기 진단 영역의 파라메트릭 MRI를 입력으로 하고, 암 영역 정보를 출력으로 하는 암 영역 검출모델을 포함하는 암 영역 검출부와, 상기 암 영역 정보 및 상기 암 영역에 대응되는 진단 영역의 파라메트릭 MRI를 입력으로 하여 암 특징 벡터를 추출하는 암 특징 벡터 추출부와, 상기 암 특징 벡터를 입력으로 사용하여 상기 암 영역의 상태를 분류한 평가정보를 생성하는 인공 신경망 학습 기반의 암 영역 평가부를 포함할 수 있다.
