An embodiment of the invention provides TIL prepared by obtaining a tumor tissue sample obtaining tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) from the tumor tissue sample and expanding the number of TIL in a gas permeable container containing cell medium therein using irradiated allogeneic feeder cells and/or irradiated autologous feeder cells for use in promoting the regression of cancer in a mammal. Methods of preparing an expanded number of TIL are also provided.Un mode de réalisation de linvention concerne des TIL préparés par lobtention dun échantillon de tissu tumoral, pour obtenir des lymphocytes infiltrant une tumeur (TIL) de léchantillon de tissu tumoral et pour multiplier le nombre de TIL dans un contenant, perméable au gaz, qui contient un milieu cellulaire à lintérieur, à laide de cellules nourricières allogéniques irradiées et/ou de cellules nourricières autologues irradiées pour utiliser lesdits TIL dans la promotion de la régression du cancer chez un mammifère. Linvention concerne également des procédés de préparation dun nombre multiplié de TIL.
