The aqueous hot melted type adhesive base material used in the external plaster comprising as essential components a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, an adhesive resin, an antioxidant, lanolin, and water.La présente invention concerne une préparation d'adhésif qui renferme un emplâtre constitué d'un adhésif sensible à la pression hydraté du type thermofusible qui renferme de manière stable un médicament soluble dans l'eau, libère de manière satisfaisante le médicament qu'il renferme et présente une biodisponibilité élevée fondée sur l'absorption percutanée. La préparation d'adhésif se caractérise en ce qu'elle comprend un emplâtre constitué d'un adhésif sensible à la pression hydraté du type thermofusible renfermant en tant qu'ingrédients principaux un copolymère bloc styrène/isoprène/styrène, une résine donnant du collant, un antioxydant, de la lanoline et de l'eau. Dans la préparation d'adhésif à usage externe, l'emplâtre contient un médicament devant être absorbé par voie percutanée.
