A nose acupuncture endoscope according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body an insertion tube arranged at the front end of the body and having a front end part selectively bent an angle adjustable part for adjusting a bending angle of the front end part of the insertion tube and an acupuncture part formed on the outer circumferential surface of the body, and having a needle, which can be advanced and retreated by the hand, mounted therein, wherein the angle adjustable part has a rotary-type switch provided in two stages, such that the bending angle of the front end part can be adjusted in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction.La présente invention concerne, selon un mode de réalisation, un endoscope dacupuncture de nez comprenant : un corps un tube dinsertion disposé au niveau de lextrémité avant du corps et ayant une partie dextrémité avant sélectivement courbée une partie à angle ajustable pour ajuster un angle de courbure de la partie dextrémité avant du tube dinsertion et une partie dacupuncture formée sur la surface circonférentielle externe du corps, et ayant une aiguille, qui peut être avancée et reculée par la main, montée à lintérieur de celle-ci, la partie à angle ajustable ayant un commutateur de type rotatif situé dans deux étages, de telle sorte que langle de courbure de la partie dextrémité avant peut être ajusté dans la direction horizontale et la direction verticale.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 코 자침 내시경은 본체, 상기 본체의 전단에 배치되며, 선단부가 선택적으로 만곡되는 삽입관, 상기 삽입관의 선단부 만곡 각도를 조절하는 각도조절부, 및 상기 본체의 외주면에 형성되고, 손으로 진퇴시킬 수 있는 니들이 장착되는 자침부를 포함하며, 상기 각도조절부는, 로터리식 스위치가 2단으로 구비되어 상기 선단부의 만곡 각도를 좌우 방향 및 상하 방향으로 조절할 수 있다.
