PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article facilitating removal of fastening tapes in the taping-type absorbent article including a pair of left/right fastening tapes at width-directional both-side edges of a back piece.SOLUTION: The absorbent article includes: at least a pair of side flaps disposed at width-directional both-side edges of a back piece fastening tapes extending from side edges of the respective side flaps and having fastening means a target tape provided on a back sheet surface of a front piece.
