PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional supporter that cannot use for only a first joint of each finger tip of the hand but is used for a second joint to thereby restrict its motion and causes delay in everyday life, and also is not inexpensive, not disposable and is not suitable for washing in a kitchen, cannot be willingly improved by oneself even if not going for a medical institution, causes difficulty for wearing if a small difference is present in each finger length and thickness of the hand, also is not provided with a splint in a palmar side, and therefore cannot expect a deformation corrective effect very much.SOLUTION: A supporter for first joint deformation correction of the hand is provided for fastening a finger tip of the hand. The supporter for first joint deformation correction of the hand is characterized as follows: wing-shaped flaps 2 having two pieces on each side across a main body central part 1 and capable of being wound on fingers are provided to a base material having a dragonfly form vertically divided across a first joint 5 and formed of materials with flexible breathability a splint 7 is provided in this main body central part 1 further, adhesives being gentle to skin are coated on the main body central part 1 having the splint 7 and the whole of the wing-shaped flaps 2 and the top is covered with release paper 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】手の各指先の第一関節のみに使用できるものではなく、第2関節は、運動に制限があり、日常生活に支障をきたす。安価でないため、使い捨てができなく、台所等での水仕事に適していない。医療機関に行かなくても気軽に自分で改善できない。少しでも手の各指の長さ、太さに違いがあると、装着に無理が生じてしまう。また、手掌側に副木がないので、変形矯正の効果はあまり期待できないという問題があった。【解決手段】手の指先を固定する手の第一関節変形矯正用サポータであって、第一関節5を挟んで上下に分割したトンボ形の柔軟な通気性のある材料で形成された基材に、本体中央部1を挟んで左右に2枚ずつの指に巻回できる羽根状のフラップ2を設け、この本体中央部1には副木7を設け、さらに副木7を有する本体中央部1と羽根状のフラップ2全体に皮膚に優しい接着剤を塗布し、その上を剥離紙8で覆った手の第一関節変形矯正用サポータ。【選択図】図3
