PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intracerebral hematoma removing device, providing a hematoma suction lumen having a diameter larger than that of a working channel in a flexible body tube that follows movement of an endoscope, and guiding it along with the endoscope, thereby effectively sucking and removing the intracerebral hematoma.SOLUTION: An intracerebral hematoma removing device 1 includes a flexible body tube 2 with a prescribed length. The body tube 2 includes an endoscope insertion lumen 3 and a hematoma suction lumen 4 whose front/rear ends are opened in the axial direction, formed therein. The hematoma suction lumen 4 has a diameter formed larger than that of a working channel of the endoscope.
