PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent intrusion of air from a sterile room of low set pressure to a sterile room of high set pressure communicated with each other during opening a door and to improve reliability in controlling the room pressures of the sterile rooms, in an air conditioning system controlling the room pressures by supplying and discharging the air to the sterile rooms communicated with each other through the door.
SOLUTION: Air supply is controlled constant in each treatment room 2a, 2b, 2c, and air discharge is adjusted by controlling an adjustment damper 41 to control the room pressure. When the opening/closing door 3 is opened, an opening of the adjustment damper 41 of the treatment room 2b of high set room temperature communicated with the treatment room 2a of low set room pressure by the opening, is decreased, and an opening of the adjustment damper 41 of the treatment room 2a of low set room pressure is increased. Thus the difference in room pressures between both treatment rooms 2a, 2b is secured, and the air flows into the treatment room 2a of low set room pressure from the treatment room 2b of high set room pressure.
