PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lift appropriately the knee part of a seated occupant.SOLUTION: With a base of a chair body 121 comprising a backrest part frame 1 and a seat part frame 2 which are integrally formed, the lower end of the backrest part frame 1 forming the chair body 121 or the rear end of the seat part frame 2 is fitted to a prescribed fitting point 911 so as to enable relative rotary movement. A front end part 22 of the seat part frame 2 of the chair body 121 is integrally provided with a lower leg part bearing member 3 and a foot placing stand 4. The front end part 22 of the seat part frame 2 is provided with a knee-lifting actuator 5.
