The present invention relates to a jellyfish eradicating buoy using ultra-low frequency waves. The jellyfish eradicating buoy comprises: an ultra-low frequency wave generating unit which generates ultra-low frequency waves of 8-13 hz which jellyfish evade； an energy operating unit which supplies electric energy to the ultra-low wave generating unit； a safety device unit which is operated by the energy operating unit and generates lightings and communication signals which serve as a boundary line； and a buoy installing unit which floats the energy operating unit and safety device unit onto the surface of seawater. The ultra-low frequency wave generating unit, energy operating unit, and safety device unit are connected in a rod-shaped pillar.
