PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrocardiogram analysis report of electrocardiogram waveforms and measured values, from which a cardiac disease is easily determined.SOLUTION: Provided is an electrocardiogram analysis report which simultaneously displays electrocardiogram waveforms collected from a subject and information on measured values calculated from the electrocardiogram waveforms. The electrocardiogram analysis report comprises: a coronal plane display region 4 for displaying limb lead waveforms included in the electrocardiogram waveforms and information on the measured values calculated from the waveforms； and a horizontal plane display region 5 for displaying chest lead waveforms included in the electrocardiogram waveforms and information on the measured values calculated from the waveforms.
