PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, in an electrocardiogram information display method for displaying standard 12-lead electrocardiogram waveforms, 6 lead electrocardiogram waveforms as coronal plane lead electrocardiograms and 6 lead electrocardiogram waveforms as thoracic horizontal lead electrocardiograms are displayed, however, it is not easy to highly accurately acquire, by a visual observation of an electrocardiogram, an angle of a maximum QRS vector in the coronal plane and the thoracic horizontal plane, a position of an ischemic part of the heart muscle, and the like.SOLUTION: When a voltage at a same time point with respect to each electrocardiogram waveform on each plane of the coronal plane and the thoracic horizontal plane, is displayed on an axis where an angle of a lead axis of the electrocardiogram waveform and an angle of each axis radially disposed from a center of a graph match, and a radar graph having the radial axes is displayed, it becomes easy to understand a relation between the electrocardiogram voltages and the angles of the lead axes. Further, when an interpolation is performed in the angle direction of each lead axis to increase electrocardiogram waveforms and a radar graph is displayed, the smoothly changing radar graph is provided, so that an operator can highly accurately read the angle of the maximum QRS vector of the heart, the position of the ischemic part of the heart muscle, and the like.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】標準12誘導心電図波形を表示する心電図情報表示方法においては、前頭面誘導心電図として6つ、胸部水平面誘導心電図として6つの誘導心電図波形を表示しているが、前頭面と胸部水平面における最大QRSベクトルの角度や心筋の虚血部位の位置等を心電図の目視観察で精度良く求めるのは容易ではない。【解決手段】前頭面と胸部水平面それぞれの面で、各心電図波形に対して同一の時点での電圧を、心電図波形の誘導軸の角度とグラフの中心から放射状に配置した軸の角度が一致する軸上に印し、放射状の軸を持つレーダーグラフ表示すれば、心電図電圧と誘導軸の角度の関係がよく分かる。さらに、誘導軸の角度方向に補間を行って、心電図波形を増加させ、レーダーグラフ表示すると、滑らかに変化するレーダーグラフとなり、心臓の最大QRSベクトルの角度や心筋の虚血部位の位置等を精度良く読み取ることができる。【選択図】図1
