PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fundus camera, for avoiding reflected glare of a split indicator to an eye-fundus image and shortening a time for evacuation from an optical path of an illumination optical system of a split projection rod as much as possible.SOLUTION: The fundus camera includes: a split indicator projection optical system 17 having a projection rod 39 that is inserted, so as to be evacuated, into the optical path of the illumination optical system 12 for illuminating the fundus Ef of an eye to be tested and projects a pair of split indicators onto the fundus of the eye a drive part 43 for driving the projection rod and a light emitting circuit 45 for emitting light of a photographing light source. A control circuit 44 is provided with a number-of-light-emission setting part for setting the number of light emissions of the light emitting circuit 45 so that the photographing light source is synchronized with pulse waves by operating a photographing switch 8 and emits light just by the setting number of light emissions which is preset. Then, the control circuit 44 controls the drive part 43 so that the projection rod 39 is returned to the optical path of the illumination optical system 12 when the projection rod 39 is synchronized with the operation of the photographing switch and evacuated from the optical path of the illumination optical system 12 and it is decided that the number of light emissions has reached the setting number of light emissions.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】眼底像へのスプリット指標の写り込みを回避しかつスプリット投影棒の照明光学系の光路からの退避時間を極力短くできる眼底カメラを提供する。【解決手段】被検眼の眼底Efを照明する照明光学系12の光路に退避可能に挿入されて一対のスプリット指標を眼底に投影する投影棒39を有するスプリット指標投影光学系17、投影棒を駆動する駆動部43、撮影光源を発光させる発光回路45を備え、制御回路44は、撮影スイッチ8の操作により撮影光源が脈波に同期して予め設定された設定発光回数だけ発光されるように発光回路45の発光回数を設定する発光回数設定部を備え、撮影スイッチの操作に同期して投影棒39が照明光学系12の光路から退避されかつ発光回数が設定発光回数に達したと判断されたときに投影棒39が照明光学系12の光路に復帰されるように駆動部43を制御する。【選択図】図2
