PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tooth form model verification apparatus capable of accurately performing comparative verification on two tooth form models and a tooth form model verification method employing the same.SOLUTION: A tooth form model verification apparatus 10 includes a first holding seat 12A in which a tooth form model 1 for tooth form engraving training is held, a second holding seat 12B in which a tooth form model 1 to be performed comparison verification with the tooth form model is held, a machine base 11 which supports the first holding seat 12A and the second holding seat 12B in such a manner that the tooth form models 1 held by the first holding seat 12A and the second holding seat 12B, respectively are disposed side by side, a rotation adjusting mechanism 13 and a tilt adjusting mechanism 14 which are provided on the machine base 11.
