PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road sprinkling system capable of easily and reliably sprinkling a road, and an expressway road in particular, in time of need through utilization of a water storage tank 30 which is arranged in the underground and capable of temporarily storing rainwater, without using an automobile sprinkler.SOLUTION: A road sprinkling system A comprises a side ditch 4 installed along a road 1； and spray equipment A which is provided at least with storage devices 20, 30, and 40 which are buried in the underground to store water flowing in the side ditch 4, a discharge pump 50 which discharges the water stored in the storage devices, and a long sprinkling pipe 60 which is arranged along the road 1 to sprinkle the ground surface with the water discharged from the discharge pump 50.
