The method involves providing a container (114) for receiving the liquid medium (112), where an energy unit (134) is configured to effect a complete draining of the liquid medium from the container upon use of the transport and transfer container (110). The liquid medium is introduced into the container, where the container is sealed. The liquid medium is charged with an overpressure, particularly using the energy unit, where the overpressure is maintained until the removal of the liquid medium.
