<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To biologically solve the problem of the scum of activated sludge by finding a new strain capable of suppressing the propagation of scum causal microorganisms selectively without adversely affecting activated sludge treatment like a disinfecting agent, and to provide the activated sludge treatment which does not cause the problems of sludge surfacing in a final sedimentation tank, the decline of treatment water quality, a bad odor and a sludge sedimentation defect, etc., in the activated sludge treatment due to the scum further. <；P>；SOLUTION: In the method of dissolving the scum of the activated sludge for suppressing the generation of the scum of the activated sludge, microorganisms which belong to Bacillus licheniformis and have a propagation suppressing effect against the causal microorganisms of scum generation are supplied into the treatment system of the activated sludge and treatment is performed. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
