The coating layer in which the silver nano particles are dispersed is formed on the inner surface of the mask pack main body (A) that is the non-woven fabric, and silver nano particles (P) are selectively dispersed in the cosmetic liquid as well in a case where the cosmetic liquid is a gel-type cosmetic liquid. According to the present invention, the silver nano particles are contained in the inner surface of the mask main body (A) that is the non-woven fabric, and thus skin whitening and sterilization effects can be excellent.
