PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope capable of satisfying different rigidities required in each of a soft part and a curved part with a simple construction while securing good liquid tightness over the soft part and the curved part.SOLUTION: An inserting part 14 of the endoscope is constituted by including the curved part 42 curved by remote operation and the soft part 40 arranged continuously from a base end side of the curved part 42. An outer skin layer 80 forming an outermost layer of the inserting part 14 is integrally formed over the soft part 40 and the curved part 42 and there is no joint part of the outer skin between the soft part 40 and the curved part 42. The outer skin layer 80 in the curved part 42 is constituted of a thin-walled section 60 of a thin-walled structure and a softness (rigidity) not hindering the curving operation of the curved part 42 is secured.
