PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition for a skin, which has satisfactory spreading upon use, has excellent foaming and foam quality, can effectively remove a makeup cosmetic and a sunscreen agent, is not slimy after rinsing, can freshly wash up while having a soft feeling, and has no need of double cleansing.SOLUTION: The detergent composition for the skin includes the respective components of a, b, c, d and e, and in which the content of the a component is 2 to 20 mass%, the content of the b component is 5 to 20 mass%, the content of the c component is 1 to 10 mass%, the content of the d component is 0.5 to 5 mass% and the component of the e component is 0.5 to 5 mass%, and in which the mass ratio of the a component to the e component, a/e, is (2/1) to (30/1).
