The display control unit causes the display unit to display the imaging condition information. The designation operation unit is used to designate at least one condition out of two or more corresponding conditions for each of two or more photographing condition items and designate the order of two or more designated conditions . The creating unit creates imaging protocols based on the specified two or more conditions and order. In the second storage unit, the created imaging protocol is stored. The user interface unit is used to select one of the one or more imaging protocols stored in the second storage unit. The imaging unit photographs the eye to be examined.
