PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyeground photographing system capable of easily associating an eyeground image with personal information.SOLUTION: The eyeground photographing system according to an embodiment has an eyeground photographing device, personal information acquisition means, and association means. The eyeground photographing device photographs the eyeground of an eye to be examined of a subject. The personal information acquisition means acquires personal information of the subject. The association means associates the image of the eyeground acquired by the eyeground photographing device with the personal information acquired by the personal information acquisition means.
