PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair dye composition which suppresses staining of bare skin, and improves touch feeling of hair after treatment, while improving hair dyeability of a basic dye.SOLUTION: The hair dye composition contains the (A) component of sea mud, (B) component of one or more cationic surfactants, and the (C) component of one or more basic dyes.
