Lipid nanocapsules are described that include at least one irritating active ingredient, and more specifically a retinoid in solubilized form. Also described, are nanodispersions and pharmaceutical compositions including the same and methods of producing the same. The use of the pharmaceutical compositions in the treatment of dermatological pathologies is also described.La présente invention se rapporte à des nanocapsules lipidiques comprenant au moins un principe actif irritant, et plus particulièrement un rétinoide sous forme solubilisée, aux nanodispersions et compositions pharmaceutiques les comprenant et à leur procédé de préparation. L'invention se rapporte aussi à l'utilisation des compositions pharmaceutiques dans le traitement de pathologies dermatologiques.
