PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic excellent in appearance and stability as the cosmetic blended with a relatively large amount of a non-polar oil agent.
SOLUTION: This oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic is provided by containing (A) 15 to 40 mass% non-polar oil agent e.g. a dimethylpolysiloxane having &le100 mm
