The two rotating boxes (3) corresponding to the same seedling tray (1) rotate along circular paths, wherein the two circular paths are arranged at an angle to each other. As a result, seedling transplanting positions of the two transplanting claws (7) are displaced to the side of the seedling pick-up positions thereof.
