PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress damage of a puncture route and a blood vessel peripheral part when puncturing the blood vessel through the puncture route.SOLUTION: A dull needle 1 is inserted into the puncture route leading from the skin to a subcutaneous blood vessel to be punctured into the blood vessel. The dull needle 1 is formed into a tubular shape and has an inclined end face 20 at the distal end, inclined to an axis of the needle. A distal end 20a of the inclined end face 20 is formed into a fringe without sharpness. The dull needle 1 is formed of a resin with flexibility.
