[MEANS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM] The medicine inspection device 10 is provided with - an inspection unit 14 comprised of a plurality of inspection areas 26a-26c wherein a medicine for inspected is disposed, - a vibrator 16 capable of generating vibrations independently in each inspection area mentioned above, - a shooting means 18 that can photograph a medicine disposed in the inspection unit 14, - a medicine information detector 66 capable of detecting the medicine quantity or type or both based on the image obtained by the shooting means 18, and - a distribution detector 62 that can detect the distribution of a medicine in the inspection unit 14 on the basis of the image obtained by photographing with the shooting means 18. In the medicine inspection device 10, the vibrator 16 generates vibration in an area selected from among the inspection areas 26a-26c based on the detection result of the distribution detector 62.본 발명은, 고형 약제의 겹침이나 접촉, 분포지의 존재 등에 따른 감사 불량이 발생하지 않고, 고형 약제의 수량을 적절하게 감사할 수 있는 약제 감사 장치 및 이 약제 감사 장치를 갖춘 약제 불출 장치를 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.본 발명의 약제 감사 장치(10)는, 감사 대상의 약제가 배치되는 감사 영역(26a~26c)을 복수 구비한 감사부(14)와, 상기 감사 영역마다 독립적으로 진동을 발생시킬 수 있는 진동 수단(16)과, 감사부(14)에 배치된 약제를 촬영할 수 있는 촬영 수단(18)과, 촬영 수단(18)에 의해서 얻어진 화상에 기초하여, 약제의 수량 및 종류 중 어느 하나 또는 양자 모두를 검출할 수 있는 약제 정보 검출 수단(66)과, 촬영 수단(18)에 의해 촬영하여 얻어진 화상에 기초하여 감사부(14)에 있어서의 약제의 분포를 검지하는 분포 검지 수단(62)을 구비한다. 약제 감사 장치(10)에서는, 진동 수단(16)이, 감사 영역(26a~26c) 중, 분포 검지 수단(62)의 검지 결과에 기초하여 선정되는 영역에 있어서 진동을 발생시킨다.
