The present invention relates to a device for harvesting bulbs and tubers comprising: a collecting unit for moving and collecting ground or underground crops while connected to a towing means to primarily separating foreign matter such as soil and stone from the crops, and a sorting unit for receiving the collected crops from the collecting unit and secondarily separating foreign matter such as soil and stone from the crops to sort only the crops and put the same into a storage member. Accordingly, foreign matter such as soil and stone mined along with bulbs and tubers is smoothly separated and discharged, and malfunction or breakage of the device is prevented by having an open plate or the like for protecting driving systems of a plurality of conveyors. As a result, durability is improved and a life of the device is prolonged.본 발명은 구근류 수확장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 견인수단에 연결되어 이동하면서 지중 또는 지상의 작물을 채집하여 작물로부터 1차적으로 흙, 돌 등의 이물질을 분리시키는 채집부； 상기 채집부로부터 채집된 작물을 전달받아 2차적으로 흙, 돌 등의 이물질을 분리시켜 작물만을 선별하여 보관부재에 투입시키는 선별부；를 포함하여 구근류와 함께 채굴되는 흙, 돌 등의 이물질이 원활하게 분리 배출될 수 있으며, 다수의 컨베이어의 구동계통을 보호하기 위한 개방플레이트 등이 구비됨으로써 장치의 오작동 내지 파손을 방지할 수 있으며 결과적으로 내구성을 향상시켜 장치의 수명을 연장할 수 있는 이점이 있는 구근류 수확장치에 관한 것이다.
