The device has a retaining bracket at a cartridge (10) for implants (11) and a nozzle. Two cylindrical housing parts (14,15) are provided, which are pluggable into each other. The two cylindrical housing parts are sterilely sealed against each other. The cartridge is sterilely sealed over seals and filters in relation to the surrounding area. The medical implant is a stent mounted on a catheter. A plug-in connection for a replaceable syringe at the later housing part is provided. The nozzle stands in fluid connection with the syringe.
