The present invention provides a dental implant including a fixing member coupled to an alveolar bone, and an abutment in which elastically-coupling legs provided at a lower portion thereof are elastically shaft-coupled to a shaft hole of the fixing member. The elastically-coupling legs are extended downward from an upper abutment in which an implant is mounted so that the elastically-coupling legs are elastically coupled to the fixing member. A curved incision part is formed at a start portion of an uppermost end of an incision part interposed between the elastically-coupling legs and curved, thereby preventing stress by external force applied to the implant from being concentrated to distribute the stress. According to the present invention, the coupling legs extended downward from the abutment and elastically fixed to the fixing member form the curved incision part having a circular shape at the start portion of an uppermost part of the incision part interposed between the coupling legs, thereby preventing stress by the external force applied to the implant from being concentrated to distribute the stress. Therefore, according to the present invention, the stress is not concentrated on the start portion of the uppermost part of the coupling legs extended in a shaft direction downward from the abutment, but effectively distributed.
