The invention relates to a method for preparing a composition for treating a tooth lesion, said composition comprising peptides that are capable of undergoing self-assembly at a certain pH. The compositions of the invention are highly suitable for being used in the medical field, in particular for remineralising a tooth lesion such as a subsurface caries lesion.La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de préparer une composition pour le traitement d'une lésion dentaire, ladite composition comprenant des peptides qui peuvent être soumis à un auto-assemblage à un certain pH. Les compositions selon l'invention sont extrêmement bien adaptées pour être utilisées dans le domaine médical, en particulier pour la reminéralisation d'une lésion dentaire telle qu'une lésion carieuse de sous-surface.
