PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper for sterilization for a hollow connecter of an infusion line for dwelling by which a hollow inner peripheral surface and an outer surface in a connecting end part of the hollow connecter can be simultaneously wiped and sterilized.SOLUTION: The wiper is constituted of a bottomed container 12 having an introducing port 13 into which the connecting end part of the hollow connecter for connecting of the infusion line for dwelling is introduced so as to be connected to a counter member at one side end and having a flexible peripheral wall part 14, an absorbing member 22 rich in elasticity and absorbency impregnated with sterilizing liquid and holding the same and housed and arranged in the bottomed container 12 so as to sterilize the connecting end part of the hollow connecter, and a sealing member 32 sealing the introducing port 13 of the bottomed container 12, the absorbing member 22 is formed of an inner surface pressedly contacting part 23 coming into the hollow inner surface of the connecting end part of the hollow connecter introduced from the introducing port 13 and pressedly contacting the same and an outer face pressedly contacting part 26 coming into a space part secured between the outer peripheral surface of the connecting end part and the inner peripheral surface 14a of the peripheral wall part 14 of the bottomed container 12 and pressedly contacting the same.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】中空コネクタの接続端部における中空内周面と外周面とを同時に清拭して消毒することができるようにした留置用輸液ラインが備える中空コネクタのための消毒用清拭具。【解決手段】相手部材に接続させるべく留置用輸液ラインが備える接続用の中空コネクの接続端部が差し込まれる導入口13を一側端に有し、かつ、可撓性のある周壁部14を備えてなる有底容器12と、中空コネクタの前記接続端部を消毒すべく消毒液を含浸保持させて有底容器12内に収容配置される弾性と吸収性とに富む吸収部材22と、有底容器12の導入口13を封止する封止材32とで構成され、吸収部材22は、導入口13から差し込まれた中空コネクタの前記接続端部の中空内周面に入り込んで圧接する内面圧接部23と、前記接続端部の外周面と有底容器12の周壁部14の内周面14aとの間に確保される空間部内へと入り込んで圧接する外面圧接部26とで形成した。【選択図】図1
