PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic device and cosmetic device system capable of using multiple different kinds of cosmetic functions by easy exchange and, at the same time, achieving a low cost and excellent environmental property.SOLUTION: A cosmetic device 1 is constituted by a unit group including at least a first unit 20 and a second unit 10 that can be mutually united or separated, and has a nearly flat bar shape body when united. The first unit 20 includes: power source means a grip part to be gripped by a user and a first connector part to be connected to the second unit 10. The second unit includes: a functional applicator structure body for providing cosmetic functions and a second connector part to be connected to the first unit. A base body 100 of the second unit 10 is formed to have a flat plate shape, where the second connector part is arranged on one surface of the base body and the functional applicator structure body 110 is arranged on the other surface.
