PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably detect an obstacle present in a recess 17 storing a platform 20.SOLUTION: The boarding device of a vehicle includes: a platform 20； and a photoelectronic sensor 55 configured to detect an obstacle present in a recess 17 when the platform 20 is stored in the recess 17. The photoelectronic sensor 55 is installed on a body side of the vehicle, performs irradiation so as to cross the recess 17, and detects the obstacle by means of passing/no-passing of the light. The platform 20 is attached with a second reflection plate 52 actuating the photoelectronic sensor 55 such that the light passes even if the platform shields the light of the photoelectronic sensor 55, when the platform 20 is stored in the recess 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5【課題】本発明は、プラットホーム２０を格納する凹部１７にある障害物を確実に検出できるようにする。【解決手段】本発明に係る車両の乗降装置は、プラットホーム２０と、プラットホーム２０を凹部１７に格納する際に、凹部１７にある障害物を検出できるように構成された光電センサ５５とを備える車両の乗降装置であって、光電センサ５５は、車両のボディ側に設置されて、凹部１７を横断するように光を照射し、その光の通過の有無により障害物を検出する構成であり、プラットホーム２０には、そのプラットホーム２０が凹部１７に格納される際に、光電センサ５５の光を遮った場合でも、光が通過したように光電センサ５５を動作させる第２の反射板５２が取付けられている。【選択図】図５
