PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front flapper device of a platform in a vehicular lifting device which has a simple configuration, is strong, secures high safety, and reduces cost.SOLUTION: In a vehicular lifting device which is provided with a lifting mechanism of lifting/lowering a platform above a cabin floor surface or below a vehicle floor surface facing a doorway of the vehicle, and is used for getting-on and off of a wheelchair user to/from the vehicle and loading and unloading of goods, a base end of a front flapper plate provided with a standing energization spring is pivotally supported at a front end part of a connection plate laid across the lower end of a left side frame and the lower end of a right side frame of the lifting mechanism, and is provided by being energized so as to be capable of freely standing.
