The present invention relates to a topical composition, in particular a cosmetic and/or dermatological composition, to be used for preventing and/or treating stretch marks, including, in a physiologically acceptable medium, an effective amount of at least one synthetic polysulfated oligosaccharide having 1 to 4 glycose units, the salts thereof, and/or the derivatives thereof.
