PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurized carbon dioxide bathing system which makes a local part of the skin of a human body to absorb carbon dioxide in an optimal condition by controlling the amount, pressure or the like of carbon dioxide.SOLUTION: The system expands the blood vessels and improves blood circulation by bringing a local part of the skin of a human body in contact with carbon dioxide at a predetermined concentration or above. The system comprises a carbon dioxide supplying means 11, a liquid supplying means 21, a carbon dioxide and mist supplying means 31 for turning the liquid supplied from the liquid supplying means 21 into mist and for pressurizing and supplying the mist while including the mist in the carbon dioxide supplied from the carbon dioxide supplying means 11, and a cover member 41 for covering the local part of the skin of the human body and for forming a space enclosing the carbon dioxide and the carbon dioxide mixed with the mist supplied from the carbon dioxide and mist supplying means 31.
