PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insecticide volatilizing device that is suitable for hanging from a bag, a cart or a proper projection in a house or in a campground.SOLUTION: The insecticide volatilizing device volatilizes insecticidal components at the outside, by rotating a base body that is stored in a device body and is impregnated with the insecticidal components by an electric motor. The insecticide volatilizing device is equipped with a rotatable ring member 30 and a strap 40, that is wound and fixed on the ring member and has a part 40a exposed to the outside of the device body. When the part 40a of the strap exposed to the outside is pulled, the wind is unwound and the length of the strap 40 pulled to the outside of the device is increased.
