PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky rice transplanter causing a leveling device to exert an original ground leveling performance provided in the leveling device by controlling the ground leveling height of the leveling device independently from a planting part.SOLUTION: The sulky rice transplanter includes a planting part configured to plant seedlings on a rice field surface, liftably/lowerably fitted to a rear side of a self-propelled travel part via a lifting/lowering mechanism part, and a leveling device for leveling the rice field surface, fitted to a part immediately in front of the planting part so as to adjust the vertical position.
