The outlet element comprises another cavity (48), where the latter cavity is connected with the former cavity in such a way that a fluid filling mass is conveyed from the former cavity into the latter cavity. A tubular element (60) is held in the latter cavity and comprises a cover (66) made of metal or plastic. The housing is formed as a fastening element for the tubular element. The cover is coated with a plastic layer.
