PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic vibration device in which characteristics in original design can be obtained by preventing detachment of an electrode layer and breakage of each member at the time of assembly.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic vibration device 2 includes: a lamination vibrator 41 in which a plurality of piezoelectric substances 61 and a plurality of electrode plates 62, 63 are laminated two dielectric plates 42, 43 arranged on both ends of the lamination vibrator 41 two mass materials 51, 52 arranged so as to hold the two dielectric plates 42, 43 and the lamination vibrator 41 therebetween and a plurality of fastening members 53 which fasten the two mass materials 51, 52 in a direction in which the two mass materials approximate to each other on the outer sides of the two dielectric plates 42, 43 and the lamination vibrator 41 and apply prescribed compressive force to the two dielectric plates 42, 43 and the lamination vibrator 41 to fix them.
