The first flexible member may have a distal end coupled to a first bendable coupling. The instrument further includes a first arm extending from the first bendable coupling pivotable, to the distal end of the first flexible member, and a second arm pivotably connected to the first arm through a second bendable coupling. The instrument includes a second flexible member extendable from, and retractable inwardly of, the second aperture in the cap, the second flexible member having a distal end coupled to a third bendable coupling； a third arm extending from the second bendable coupling that is pivotable to the distal end of the second flexible member, and a fourth arm pivotably connected to the third arm through a fourth bendable coupling.
