The tool has a motor-driven active head (1) moved by an electrical gear motor and installed at an upper end of a support sleeve (2) of the head. An auxiliary sleeve (4) is fixed on the support sleeve, placed below the head and placed at a distance from the head by forming an acute angle (alpha) with the support sleeve, in a proximal portion of the auxiliary sleeve. The auxiliary sleeve is shaped such that a free end of the auxiliary sleeve has a handle (5) provided at the level of a control handle (3) at a bottom part of the support sleeve, where the control handle controls the gear motor. The active head is selected from electrical pruners or chainsaw.
