The surgical power tool comprises a head portion (20) having a tool (21) with a tool axis, a shaft (10) which is connected to the head portion for guiding the head portion to the surgical site and a handle portion (30) for exerting pressure to the head portion along the tool axis. The shaft has a longitudinal axis that is angled with respect to the tool axis.
