PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality microneedle device capable of being punctured with a small force into the skin without causing pain, and after punctured, smoothly injecting chemical liquids or sucking blood or body liquid.SOLUTION: In the structure, a plurality of needle-like projections 12 are arranged on the upper surface of a flat substrate 11 integrally with the substrate. The needle-like projections each have in the inside a fluid tube 15 vertical or substantially vertical to the substrate, and the fluid tube is formed penetrating through from a position near to the front end of the needle-like projection subtly from a boundary surface to the bottom of the substrate. The needle-like projections are each made of two upper-lower layers of different materials bordered with a boundary surface horizontal or substantially horizontal to the substrate, and a first material 14a of the front end side portion from the boundary surface is a soluble material which is soluble if it contacts the human skin and a second material 14b of the substrate side portion from the boundary surface is an insoluble material which is not soluble if it contacts the human skin.
