PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information detection mat capable of detecting a body motion vibration with high sensitivity.SOLUTION: A biological information detection mat 1 includes: a first substrate 2 a piezoelectric element 3 arranged integrally with the first substrate 2 and detecting vibration of the first substrate 2 and a spacer 4 arranged integrally with the first substrate 2 and forming two ares having different elastic coefficients from each other in contact with each other on a lower side of the first substrate 2. The spacer 4 constitutes one of the two areas having different elastic coefficients from each other.
