The present invention relates to a BrSTY1 promoter consisting of a nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 and specifically inducing expression in stem apical meristem, leaves, flowers, and pods, and more specifically, to a promoter inducing an expression specifically in stem apical meristem, leaves, flowers, and pods, a recombinant expression vector comprising the same, and a plant transformed with the recombinant expression vector. A BrSTY1 promoter of the present invention induces expression specifically in stem apical meristem, leaves, flowers, and pods thereby specifically expressing a target protein by using the promoter to improve traits of crops.본 발명은 서열번호 1의 염기서열로 이루어지는, 줄기 정단분열조직, 잎, 꽃 및 꼬투리에서 특이적으로 발현을 유도하는 BrSTY1 프로모터에 대한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 줄기 정단분열조직, 잎, 꽃 및 꼬투리에서 특이적으로 발현을 유도하는 프로모터 및 이를 포함하는 재조합 발현 벡터, 상기 재조합 발현 벡터로 형질전환된 식물체에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 BrSTY1 프로모터는 줄기 정단분열조직, 잎, 꽃 및 꼬투리에서 특이적으로 발현을 유도하기 때문에, 상기 프로모터를 이용하여 목적 단백질을 특이적으로 발현시킴으로써 작물의 형질을 개량시킬 수 있다.
