FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: solution of hyaluronic acid is introduced into the area of pathological focus in form of injection. Injections are performed every 12-14 days, 3-5 times in total. Hyaluronic acid is introduced in dose 2.0-3.0 ml in intra-articular way into pathological section and/or in periarticular trigger points in dose 2.0-3.0 ml. Injections are performed in complex with following after a few minutes after them sessions of shock-wave therapy (SWT). SWT procedures are performed for 30 minutes on pathological section and surrounding it segments in successive mode of regular procedures, which include increase of pressure and simultaneous reduction of frequency and quantity of shocks with each SWT session. Impact pressure is 1.0 bar, then 1.8 bar, 2.4 bar, 3.2 bar, 4 bar. Shock frequency is 12 Hz, then 10, 8, 6, 4 Hz.
