To provide a new technique for performing a plurality of measurements and inspections by using a simple structure.SOLUTION: An ophthalmological device includes an objective lens, a refractive power measurement optical system, an inspection optical system, and an optical path separation part. The refractive power measurement optical system projects light in a first wavelength range to a subject's eye via the objective lens, and detects return light from the subject's eye. The inspection optical system projects light in a second wavelength range to the subject's eye via the objective lens.
